There are times when it’s easier to let go. To let go of the familiar, of the ones you love and the things you hold dear and to embrace CHANGE. Letting go may be the hardest thing you’ll find you have to do but realizing that staying in an unhealthy relationship or holding on to bad habits may affect you more than telling yourself it’s time, it’s time to grow up and take a stand for what you love and what you believe in and to stick to it. Letting go opens up doors you never knew were around you.

This may seem like something we’ve all heard before; that cliche of letting go but how many times have we, when it comes down to it, been strong enough to go through with it? Putting ourselves in situations telling yourself that it’ll be better next time around, it won’t happen to me again and that I’ve learnt? We’re all blind to our faults but not of others, I believe that that process of letting go comes when you’ve truly sat down and had a conversation with yourself with the end result being that letting go of something or someone is the right choice FOR YOU. Hard as it may be and to fight to battle those emotions, however convincing and enticing it is to return to the familiar, devising excuses and looking for ways to fix what is already broken we need to remember it’s easier to just take a deep breath and LET GO.
